Our logistic employees perform the important task of preparing thousands of potted plants for shipment every day. Driving through our logistic center on an electric cart, you and your diverse team of co-workers ensure that all kinds of plants are ready to be sent all over the world before the afternoon!

As orderpicker at our company's section of potted plants, you surround yourself with greenery. The sale of all kinds of plants starts early in the morning, we prepare these orders for shipment. Join our team of around 100 enthusiastic co-workers with a wide range of cultural backgrounds and ages! Your tasks will include the following:

• Your shift starts at 06:30, after which you pick up an empty cart. This cart needs to be filled with one of our customers' order;
• The receipts on the cart wil show you where to pick up the ordered plants;
• Using your electric truck (no license required), you drive to the specified location;
• You move the ordered plant(s) onto your cart. Once full, this cart is ready for further shipment;
• Various other tasks (such as preparing empty carts or taking away full ones).

This position provides lots of physical activity: The potted plants need to be lifted onto various carts within our logistic center. We start working at 06:30 in the morning to make sure all of the plants can be on their way tot he buyers before noon. Prior education or experience is not required, we will teach you everything you need to know about the work! Requirements for this position are:

• You're physically fit and have no trouble lifting potted plants;
• You're able to reach our logistic center in Aalsmeer by 06:30AM;
• You're at least 1,65m (5'5" feet) tall, so you can reach even the top shelves;
• You're at least 18 years old;
• You speak English at conversational level or higher;
• You live in the Netherlands and have the necessary documentation that allows you to work here;
• You're able to deliver a VOG (certificate of conduct), we will compensate the costs.

• A flexible, part-time job in the mornings: the afternoon is yours!
• A flexible, on-call contract, allowing you to work up to 21 hours per week;
• An hourly wage of € 15,43 bruto
• A working day of 4,2 hours on average (5 workdays average 21 hours per week)
• Travel compensation of € 0,23 as well as a vacation bonus
• A plant to take home 5 times a year
