As logistic employee, you are an essential link in our logistics services. Driving an electric cart, you sort the flowers from our auction that will be shipped worldwide that same afternoon!

The flower auction starts at 06:00 a.m. As a logistics employee, you work alongside 250 other colleagues to process all orders from our buyers. Together with your team, you ensure that everything is ready as quickly as possible so it can be delivered to the buyer. Your work consists of the following tasks:

  • Your shift starts at 06:00, after which you pick up a full cart. This cart needs to be distributed to our customers' orders;
  • Your headset will tell you where to deliver the ordered flowers;
  • Using your electric truck (no license required), you drive to the specified location in our warehouse;
  • You lift the ordered flower(s) onto the customer's cart. Once full, this cart is ready for further shipment;
  • Various other tasks (such as managing customer carts or taking away full ones).

During your workday, you are constantly on the move with your electric truck, lifting flowers from your cart to the customer's cart. To meet our commitments, we start work at 06:00 a.m. so orders can be delivered on time. No specific training or work experience is required; we'll teach you everything you need to know about this job! We ask the following from you:

  • You're physically fit and have no trouble lifting buckets of flowers;
  • You're able to reach our logistic center in Aalsmeer by 06:00 a.m.;
  • You're at least 1,65m (5'5"ft) tall, so you can reach even the top shelves;
  • You're available on at least 2 weekday mornings, including a Monday and/or Friday;
  • You're at least 18 years old;
  • You speak English or Dutch at conversational level or higher;
  • You live in the Netherlands and have the necessary documentation that allows you to work here;
  • You're able to deliver a VOG (certificate of conduct), we will compensate the costs.
  • A flexible, part-time job on weekday mornings: the afternoon is yours!;
  • A flexible, on-call contract or a contract with fixed number of hours per week (7-23 hours);
  • An hourly wage of €15,43 bruto;
  • A working day of 4,6 hours on average (5 workdays average 23 hours per week);
  • Travel compensation of €0,23 as well as a vacation bonus;
  • A plant to take home 5 times a year.
